Radical self-care begins with looking deeply at yourself: when the layers of the onion are peeled back, who are you really? How do you choose to show up in the world?

Radical self-care means owning who you are, being courageous and showing up with authenticity and vulnerably in the world.

Radical self-care also recognizes that community - common unity - is at the heart of who we are as humans. Becoming aware of our connectedness allows us to realize who we are as individuals, and to step forward as the leaders that our families, our communities and our world need.

In this immersive weekend experience, we will dive deep into the essence of what it means to be a human living in the 21st century. Through group conversations, individual reflection and communion with nature, we will reimagine our personal stories, as we chart a collective journey to become more whole humans. Your retreat hosts will draw on the entire range of their coaching and facilitation experience, using a variety of methods, tools and processes to take you places you have never been before.

Join us in a lush summer camp experience (even though it's November) 40 minutes from London, where we will cook meals together, sit around the campfire, and take time for silence and other practices that will help us connect with ourselves and with each other.

This retreat is open to people of all ethnicities, genders, religions, beliefs and sexual orientations. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please give me a call on the number below. This retreat will be limited to a maximum of 24 participants to ensure an intimate and nurturing environment for our learning journey together. To allow us to be fully present, the weekend will be technology (as much as you can be depending on your life's needs) and alcohol free.

This weekend is for anybody who cares about what’s happening in this world, and feels a burning desire to do something about it. It is for leaders of all kinds, whether or not you have a formal position or title. It is for anyone who believes that working together, humanity can reclaim its deepest qualities of generosity, creativity and community.

Are you ready to co-create the future?

Not sure whether this is for you? Call me, Chris Moss, at any time and I’d be happy to chat about it with you. 519.319.7954

What you get?

A two-night stay in a beautiful camp style setting surrounded by nature, 7km of marked trails and indoor fireplaces for a cozy environment. Amazing food that we will cook together in a huge community kitchen. Rooms will be shared with fellow participants.

The accommodation is basic, yet clean and warm. Rooms will be allocated after registration in a way that is safe and respectful to all. Bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms, just a short walk away. The ratio of people to showers will be higher than what you’re used to at home, but there is plenty of hot water and everyone who wants a shower will be able to get one.

All food and programming is included from Friday at 2pm to Sunday at 2pm. Light homework will be given before the event, there will be follow-up afterwards, and above all you will leave with refreshed energy, renewed spirit, and deep connections with like-minded beings.
